Super-Garlic Immune-Boosting Salad Dressing

  •  2 Cups EVOO (Extra Virgin Olive Oil -Organic)
  • 2 Cups ACV (Apple Cider Vinegar)
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 2 tsp Celery Seed, powdered
  • 4 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt, or Vege Sal, or Sea Salt
  • 6 Garlic cloves

 Put all the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth and the garlic is mixed in well.

Boom! It’s ready!

 *Options to play with:

  • Cashews (or other nut/seeds for a different texture or vegan creaminess, blended well)
  • Young Thai Coconut Meat (blended well for coconut creaminess)
  • Sweetener like raw honey or maple syrup
  • Italian Seasonings
  • Ginger
  • Nutritional Yeast

 Garlic is a true gift!  Garlic is anti-microbial, and recorded in history to have  protected the 4 Marseilles thieves who confessed that “garlek” protected them while robbing plague victims’ bodies!  Garlic has been used throughout history (even found in King Tut’s tomb!) for protection of body and soul <3 

Garlic has a LONG list of benefits including (but not limited to): getting rid of plaque/calcification build-up on the pineal gland as well as the artery walls throughout the body.  Garlic blesses not just the immune system, but also the cardiovascular system, endocrine system, reproductive system, digestive system, respiratory system, and is basically anti-everything-awful! ;D

As for the other ingredients, for the sake of brevity, I’ll just say that Dr. John Raymond Christopher wrote a mini-book on the benefits of ACV.  Paprika and Celery Seed are both anti-inflammatory and have been used for centuries as medicine and in cuisine.

Another use for this amazing, delicious salad dressing is for preventing colds and flus or if you already got sick or feel something coming on!

I use a Tablespoon in a glass of water, maybe add a little raw honey and mix it up, chug chug!  I would do this every hour for a day or so to stop something from coming on, or if I did get sick, I’d take it until a day or so after I felt better.  That’s me.  You do you 😉

Most importantly, enjoy this dressing and take a moment to think back on your ancestors from centuries ago… using plant wisdom just like you are doing today, in this moment, eating your salad.  Plant wisdom connecting us through our roots, literally, to the Earth and our heritage.
