Shamanism is the understanding, practice, and experiencing of the Oneness through all things. Practitioners use their connection to the Oneness through spirit guides, ancestors, nature and the four elements, animals, rocks and minerals, rivers and oceans, Mother Earth and the Universe (all that is the Oneness) to assist others in their healing journey, by harmonizing imbalances in mind-body-spirit. This is done by removing negative energies and blocks along with re-membering parts of the soul that has been dis-membered through life's traumas. Practitioners energetically travel through space and time, the past, present, and future, along with the upper, middle, and lower worlds to accomplish healings.

Reiki is (Rei) Universal Life Force (Ki) Energy that flows through all things. Practitioners are the conduit (open channel) to this Life Force Energy using this Divine Light for clearing any blockages is a person's (or animal's) energy field for emotional and physical healing. Everything is energy, and can shift with the right intentions for the wellbeing of all.
